Please keep in mind if you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you.  Although, If you are more that 15 minutes late I may need to reschedule your appointment.

Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  I respectfully request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24-hours notice.
